With 'Mijn GezondheidsApp' you can arrange your care when it suits you via a safe environment.
To log in, enter the e-mail address you provided to your doctor when activating your account.
Enter your password and click Continue.
About 60 seconds later you will receive the code on your mobile phone which you need to enter in the corresponding field. You will receive the message as Signal or text message.
At your next visit to your doctor, ask the assistant or doctor to give you access to the portal of the practice.
You will receive an email the moment you are allowed to access the portal.
Click on the link in the email to confirm your registration and set a password.
